Level 1
Becoming self aware is essential to your growth and development. The more aware you become, the more you can take control of your life. As your awareness grows, you start to see life through new eyes.
Level 2
Now you can see what needs to be cleared with your new perspective of yourself and others. Once you clear "stuff" out, you can begin the journey of rebirthing, ridding yourself of the made-up version of yourself and becoming authentically YOU.
Level 3
You have cleared out a lot of the gunk which means you are in a better position to connect with spirit; you have made space for this deeper connection. Enjoy because you can now start to see that you are never alone.
Level 4
Are you ready to go deeper still? This section enables you to connect more deeply with your soul and be willing to be led by your soul. As you surrender to spirit your soul will guide you to what needs healing on a soul level. Be courageous and dive deep beloved.
Meditation
This new moon symbolizes new beginnings and a fresh start. This makes it the ideal time to revisit our desires, set goals and plant new seeds of intention. In this meditation, I guide you into a calm and focused state, allowing you to get clear about your desires and intentions.
Full moon meditation provides a unique opportunity to deepen your connection with nature and the divine. As you align yourself with the lunar energy, you may feel a sense of oneness with the natural world and a profound connection with the universal consciousness.
